The Arkansas Institute of Real Estate offers the 18 HR and 30 HR Post License Courses on a regular basis for New Salespersons & New Brokers on the.....

FIRST TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY of Every Month in our Lowell Location in Northwest Arkansas at AIRE Lodge & Learning Center 1343 E. Lowell Ave (Exit 78 - 3.6 miles WEST on Hwy 264) .

 We also offer the 18 HR/30 HR Post License on a regular basis in HOT SPRINGS at Tina's Lake House,
120 Paradise Point, Just Past the HWY 70West Bridge.

These classes can also be taken for CE credit.

The Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) requires all Newly Licensed Salespersons (since 1-1-02) to Complete a 18 HR Post License Course within 12 Months of Licensure and all Newly Licensed Brokers (since 1-1-02) to complete a 30 HR Post License Course within 12 months of Licensure.
